PRE AND POST NATAL EXERCISE

Prenatal

Post Natal

It is safe to start exercising 4 weeks after a normal birth and 6 weeks after a caesarean. In either case please confirm with your doctor first. At Always Fitness we help you drop unwanted body fat, strengthen your stomach muscles and lower back and improve your aerobic fitness.
