PERSONAL TRAINING

Our Personal Training sessions can be performed in your own home or office, in local parks, in our studio or any other location of your choice. The sessions can be done one to one, or in small groups at a time that suits you. We cater for all fitness levels, all ages including children and over 60’s, mum’s with babies and pre and post natal

Personal Training is about having a qualified fitness instructor understand your body and to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, it’s about helping you to stay motivated and getting the results you desire. At Always Fitness we recognise that every client is individual, and therefore requires a bespoke programme to achieve his or her goals.

Personal Training at Always Fitness integrates a wide range of training disciplines and methods to ensure that your interest is kept high and your body is always being challenged, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile.
